To enter the contest, please read the following rules and instructions and complete the form below.

• Only residents of Clinton and Macomb Townships may enter the contest.
• If contestant is in the K-5th grade age group, the phone and email listed on the entry form must be for a parent or guardian.
• All entries must be in by Friday, July 30th.
• There will be three winners in each age group. Winners will be selected by CMPL staff members based on creativity, originality, and impact.
• Winners will be notified on August 6th. A selection of answers will be displayed at the Main Library in late August.
